Sam Wylie, CEO and Founder of Wylie & Co.

Sam Wylie has 20 years experience in property, however he started his career in advertising, planning and implementing marketing campaigns. Starting life in property at Winkworth in Clapham, Sam quickly rose to Associate Director managing the office for both Sales and Lettings. After a year working for KFH in Fulham, Sam Joined James Pendleton Estate Agents to open their Battersea Park office, then setting up their Land New Homes & Investments department. Fighting off competition from corporate agents, James Pendleton Land, New Homes & Investments, was quickly  established as one of the leading new homes agencies in the London residential property market. Starting Wylie & Co. has been the natural progression for Sam, to use a wealth of experience across all aspects of residential land and agency.
